Traffic sources archived automatically
You turned on automatic cleanup for traffic sources, and Routy has just moved some inactive ones out of your main list. They still work. Nothing is blocked or deleted.
What it means
The message says how many traffic sources were archived in this run. Archiving only hides a traffic source from the default view of your list. An archived traffic source keeps receiving traffic, its tracking links keep working, and its reports are unchanged.
Why it happens
Automatic cleanup is something you switched on in Settings → Automatic cleanup. It runs once a day. A traffic source is archived when both of these are true:
- it was created at least as long ago as your Minimum age setting, and
- it has had no clicks, conversions or revenue for your whole No-activity window.
Your default traffic source is never archived. See Automatic cleanup.
What you can do
Nothing is required. If you want one of them back in your main list:
- Open Traffic sources and set the Archive filter to Archived.
- Click Restore on the row, or select several and click Restore at the top. See Archiving.
If too many are being archived, raise the No-activity window in Settings → Automatic cleanup, or switch automatic archiving off.
When it clears
Each day's run is its own issue, at the Info level. It closes by itself 14 days later. You can also press Resolve on it straight away.
