Account moved to a slower tier
One of your accounts moved to a slower integration tier, so its stats now refresh less often.
What it means
Every account sits in a tier that decides how often Routy collects its stats: Tier 1 daily, Tier 2 every 4 days, Tier 3 weekly. This account moved down, for example from Tier 1 to Tier 3. The message says the new tier and how often it now runs.
Nothing is broken. Collection still works, it just runs less often.
Why it happens
- The daily re-scoring moved it down. Each day Routy scores your accounts, mainly by the revenue they bring in, and fills your Tier 1 and Tier 2 slots from the top. If other accounts scored higher, or your plan has few faster slots, this one drops to a slower tier.
- Someone on your team, or Routy support, pinned it to a slower tier in the tier simulator or with Set tier.
What you can do
You don't have to do anything. If you want this account refreshed more often:
- Open Accounts and find the account.
- Open its menu (the ⋮ button) and choose a faster tier under Set tier. If that tier is full, you'll be asked to free a slot first.
- To rearrange several accounts at once, use the Tier simulator and click Apply.
- If you need more fast slots than your plan gives you, see Plans & Billing.
See Account tiers.
When it clears
It closes by itself 7 days after the move. It does not close early when a run succeeds, or when you move the account back to a faster tier. You can press Resolve whenever you've seen it.
