Automatic integration available

This account's program supports automatic stats collection, but the account isn't using it.

What it means

Routy can sign in to this program and collect your stats on a schedule. This account is either set up without an integration, so its numbers only come from manual reporting, or its integration is turned off with Integration Paused.

This is an opportunity, not a failure. Nothing is broken.

Why it happens

  • The account was added before the program had an integration, and was never switched over.
  • The account was added without credentials.
  • Someone turned on Integration Paused for the account.

What you can do

To start automatic collection:

  1. Open Accounts, click the account, click Edit, and go to the Integration step.
  2. Enter the credentials the program issued to you. See Adding an affiliate account for where to find them.
  3. Make sure Integration Paused is off.
  4. Click Test Integration. When it passes, click Save. The first run starts straight away.

If you paused the integration on purpose, you can leave it. Note that this issue is checked again every day while the integration stays off, so Resolve and Mute only hide it until the next check.

When it clears

It closes by itself 7 days after the account stops qualifying: when its integration is turned on, or the account is made inactive. It does not close when the first run completes.
