Account integration: action needed from you
The affiliate program is asking for something only you can provide or do, so we could not collect your stats for this account.
What it means
Routy reached the program, but the program would not hand over reports until a person deals with something on the account. Nothing more is collected until that is done, and the account's runs show as Blocked.
The message after "Account integration failed:" says what the program is asking for. Read it first: it is different from program to program.
Why it happens
The reasons we see most often:
- A credential is missing from the account in Routy. The message reads "please add APIKey to the account", "please add ClientIdentifier to the account", "please add Username to the account" or similar.
- Your account at the program is locked, blocked or suspended. Some programs ask you to contact your affiliate manager to unlock it.
- The login needs two-factor authentication. A login that asks for a code on every sign-in cannot be used for automatic collection.
- The sign-in details are wrong. Some programs report a wrong password this way instead of as a sign-in error.
- The program shows a robot check ("Please tell us, are you a robot?"). This one is not yours to fix.
What you can do
- Open the issue's details and read the message.
- If it asks you to add a value, open Accounts, click the account, click Edit, go to the Integration step and fill it in. Click Test Integration, then Save.
- If it says your account is locked, blocked or suspended, contact your affiliate manager at the program and ask them to unlock it.
- If it mentions two-factor authentication, ask the program for an API key or a login without two-factor for reporting, and save that in the Integration step.
- If it reports wrong sign-in details, update them the same way as in step 2.
- If it mentions a robot check, or you can't tell what the program wants, contact support with the account name and the exact message.

When it clears
It closes by itself on the account's next run that completes. Saving new credentials starts one straight away. If no run hits the same problem for 3 days, it also closes on its own, and opens again on the next run if nothing changed.
