Clicks Blocked: Quota Exceeded
Clicks on your links are being turned away because your plan's click allowance is used up.
What it means
If this issue appears, visitors clicking your links get an error page instead of the offer, and those clicks are not recorded.
Today Routy does not stop clicks when you go over your plan's allowance. Your links keep redirecting and your clicks keep being recorded. Going over is shown as a quota usage alert, not as blocked traffic. So you should not normally see this issue. If you do, contact support straight away.
Why it happens
It would mean clicks were being refused because your account went over its click allowance. Routy does not currently refuse clicks for that reason.
What we're doing
There is nothing for you to fix on your links. If you see this issue:
- Contact support with the issue's message and first-detected date. We will check why clicks were refused and restore them.
- If you are over your plan's click allowance, you can look at your usage and options in Plans & Billing. That does not need to wait for us.
When it clears
On its own, 1 day after the last blocked click. A burst of blocked clicks is reported at most once an hour, and search engine crawlers never trigger it.
