Invalid configuration

This issue type says that an affiliate program, or something attached to it, has a setting Routy cannot use. Routy does not currently raise it, so you should not see it.

What it means

The type exists in Routy's list of issue types, which is why you may see it in the Issue type filter on the Issues screen. No part of Routy raises it today. Problems with an account's settings or sign-in details are reported under their own, more specific issue types, such as a rejected sign-in or missing credentials.

Why it happens

It does not happen at the moment. If you do see an issue of this type, it was raised in error.

What we're doing

There is nothing for you to fix. If an issue of this type appears on your account, contact support with its message and the date it was first detected so we can look at where it came from.

When it clears

An issue of this type closes by itself after 7 days without being raised again. You can also press Resolve on it.
