Offers as a partner

When another publisher's network approves you as a partner, that network shows up in your Accounts like any other program. Open it to see the offers you can promote, ask for new ones, and follow your conversions and payouts.

Once a network approves you as a partner, it shows up in your Accounts like any other program. Open it to work with the network's offers. My Offers lists the offers you can promote right now, each with your own tracking link.

All Offers lists every offer the network has opened to all of its partners, with its payout and countries. Offers the network made for one partner alone never appear here. To promote one, choose Request access. Only your account admins can request offers. Other team members see who to ask instead of the button.

The network gets your request and approves or declines it. Until then, the offer shows as Requested.

Once the network approves it, the offer is yours.

It is now in My Offers with your tracking link. From here you generate links for it and follow its deal history. Your conversions for the network's offers show on the Conversions tab, and what you are owed on Payouts.

My Offers

The offers you can promote right now, each with your own tracking link. From a row you can generate a link for it and open its deal history, which shows every change the network made to what you're paid.

All Offers

Every offer the network has opened to all of its partners, with its payout and the countries it covers. Offers the network created for a single partner, you or anyone else, are never listed here: yours are already in My Offers.

Each card ends with one of three things:

You see What it means
Request Access You haven't asked for this offer yet.
Requested Your request is waiting for the network to review it.
In My Offers The network approved it. It's in My Offers now.

Requesting an offer

  1. Open the network's account and go to All Offers.
  2. Find the offer and choose Request Access.
  3. The card changes to Requested, and the network is notified.

When the network approves, the offer moves to My Offers with your tracking link. If it declines, the card shows Request Access again and you can ask a second time.

Who can request offers

Only your account admins can request offers. Other team members see "Only your account admins can request offers" on the card instead of the button. If that's you, ask an admin on your account to request it, or to make you an admin.

Common questions

I requested an offer but it isn't in My Offers. The network hasn't approved it yet. Requests are reviewed by the network's owner; there's no automatic approval.

"Request Failed: Partner is not active." Your partnership with this network is paused or not approved yet. Contact the network.

"Request Failed: Offer is not active." The network paused the offer after you loaded the page. Refresh to see the current list.

The network told me about an offer I can't see. It's probably one they made for a specific partner. Ask them to assign it to you; it will then appear in My Offers directly, with no request needed.

When to escalate to engineering

  • An offer was approved by the network but never appears in My Offers, even after a refresh. Include the network name and the offer name.
  • Request Access fails with an error other than the ones above.
