Routy

Routy's IP addresses

Some affiliate programs only accept API requests from addresses they have approved. If yours does, add the addresses below to its allow-list (also called an IP whitelist) so Routy can collect your stats.

The addresses

Add all three, each as a single address rather than a range:

  • 52.16.49.114
  • 63.34.199.91
  • 99.81.203.0

These are the addresses Routy uses to collect stats from affiliate programs.

When you need them

Not every program restricts access by address, and the same platform can differ from one program to the next. You need these addresses when:

  • the program's API settings have an IP address or allow-list field;
  • your affiliate manager at the program asks which addresses to approve;
  • the account shows Routy's address is not allowed, or Test Integration reports that the program refused Routy's address.

If none of these apply, there is nothing to add.

How to add them

  1. Sign in to the affiliate program and open its API settings.
  2. Find the IP address or allow-list setting and add all three addresses.
  3. Save, then open the account's Integration tab in Routy and click Extract, or wait for the next scheduled run.

If you can't find the setting, ask your affiliate manager at the program to add the addresses for you.

Where to find the setting

The setting is in a different place on each platform. These are the ones we see most often, and other platforms can have the same restriction:

Platform Where to add the addresses
Cellxpert API settings, in the IP addresses section
iREV Profile → Affiliate API Tokens, on the token you saved in Routy. A new token starts without Routy on its list
MAP The brand controls this. Ask them to allow the addresses, or to issue an API key with no IP restriction

Still refused after adding them

  • Check that all three are saved, and that there are no extra spaces or a range such as /24 after an address.
  • Check that you edited the right token or key. A restriction can apply to one token only, so adding the addresses to a different one changes nothing.
  • Give it one run. Nothing changes for the account until its next run completes.

If the program still refuses Routy with all three addresses in place, open a support ticket and include the account name. Some accounts are collected through a different route, and our team can check which applies to yours.
