Click-level data not available
The program does not share click-level data for this account, so its conversions cannot be matched to your clicks.
What it means
We collect two kinds of data from a program:
- Daily totals: clicks, registrations, deposits and commission per day. These keep arriving as normal.
- Click-level data: which click led to each registration and deposit. This is what connects a conversion to your tracking link, campaign or traffic source.
This program offers no click-level report for your account, so there is nothing for us to collect. Conversions on this account appear in your totals, but cannot be credited to the links that brought them.
You did not set anything up wrong, and nothing is broken on our side.
Why it happens
Some programs only switch on click-level reporting, sometimes called dynamic tags, sub-ID or click-ID reporting, when your affiliate manager there turns it on for your account. Until they do, the report does not exist for you.
What you can do
Either of these fixes it:
- Ask your affiliate manager at the program to enable dynamic tags (click-level or sub-ID reporting) for your account. You don't need to do anything else in Routy. The next run picks it up and closes the issue.
- Or set up a postback, so the program sends each conversion to Routy as it happens. Use Generate on Events → Postbacks to create the postback URL, then add it in the program. See Postbacks event log.
If you're not sure which to choose, contact your account manager.
Daily totals are complete either way. Conversions from before the fix may stay unmatched to individual clicks.
When it clears
It closes by itself on the first run that finds click-level data for the account. A run that succeeds without it does not close it. If the account stops being collected, it closes 3 days after the last run that saw the problem.
