Routy

Account integration: Routy's address is not allowed

The affiliate program only accepts requests from addresses on its allow-list, and Routy's address is not on it, so we could not collect your stats.

What it means

Some programs lock their reporting API to a list of internet addresses that you manage. When a request comes from an address that is not on the list, they refuse it, even if your credentials are right. This is not a problem with your password or API key.

Nothing is collected for this account until the program accepts Routy's address.

Why it happens

  • The program's API requires an allow-list and Routy was never added to it. This is common on programs that run on the Cellxpert platform.
  • The API token is locked to specific addresses. On iREV programs each API token carries its own allow-list, and a new token starts without Routy on it.
  • The program reset or changed its allow-list, for example after a security review.

What you can do

  1. Contact support and ask for the address to allow-list for your account integrations. Include the account name.
  2. Add that address in the program's API settings. On iREV programs this is under Profile → Affiliate API Tokens, on the token you saved in Routy. If you can't find the setting, ask your affiliate manager at the program to add it for you.
  3. Wait for the next scheduled run, or open the account's Integration tab and click Extract to run it sooner.

See Your account's integration.

When it clears

It closes by itself on the account's next run that completes. If no run is refused for 12 hours, it also closes on its own. Because most accounts run once a day, an issue that is not fixed can close overnight and open again with the next run.
