Routy Account Crawler Errors

In this article we will review the account errors you may be seeing on your Routy accounts to help solve them. In this article we view:

Error Types

  • Yellow - Intervention required - Action required for stats to be extracted

  • Blue -  Warning message

 

Error List

Yellow Error: intervention required. 'Your account has been suspended'

  • Your account has been suspended by the program and cannot be crawled

Yellow Error: intervention required. 'Wrong user or password'

  • Incorrect credentials entered, check that your credentials are correct

  • If the credentials are correct, try a manual run from the Crawling Status page

  • If the error persists, please set up a ticket

Yellow Error: intervention required. 'Unknown error on login'

  • Crawling error

  • Try use the API key credentials instead

  • If the error persists or there is no API key option, please set up a ticket

Yellow Error: intervention required. 'Api key validation failed'

  • Incorrect API key entered, check that your API key is correct

  • If the API key is correct, try a manual run from the Crawling Status page

  • If the error persists, please set up a ticket

Yellow Error: intervention required. 'please add APIKey to the account'

  • API key has not been entered, please input your correct API key

  • If the API key is inputted but the error persists, try a manual run from the Crawling Status page

  • If the error persists, please set up a ticket

Blue Error: Edit Click tracking Dynamic Parameter

  • Click parameter has not been set up by Routy team

  • Set a click parameter for your account

  • Contact your AM to find the parameter they use to provide click reports (e.g. for MyAffiliates this is payload, and for Income Access it is c)

Set up a ticket or contact us directly via our live chats to add the click parameter for the program

Blue Error: Setup account API key for account to start crawl stats
