Account-to-Account (A2A) Integration
Account-to-Account Integration (A2A) enables one Routy account (the Master) to automatically send conversion data to another Routy account (the Subaffiliate). Each Routy master account is limited to a maximum of 3 sub-accounts it can have.
Β
β Key Benefits
- Subaffiliates: Enjoy Routyβs powerful tracking and reporting tools for deeper insight into performance - as if they had a direct brand deal
- Master Affiliates: Seamless, automated reporting to subaffiliates with no need for manual data sharing.
β οΈ Note: This functionality works only for affiliate accounts where dynamic variable reporting or postback tracking is supported.
Β
π οΈ Setup Steps
- Master creates traffic source
- A unique traffic source must be created in the Masterβs Routy account for each Subaffiliate.
- Master requests webhook from Routy
Routy will provide a custom webhook URL to be shared with the Subaffiliate.
Create a webhook on the traffic source and define which conversion types should be forwarded (e.g., Signups, FTDs).
- Request affiliate program for Master
- If this is the first time setting up A2A, the Master should contact Routy to:
Create a new affiliate program (e.g., βMaster Affiliate Networkβ).
- Share the list of brands they will be promoting via Subaffiliates.
- Subaffiliate adds new affiliate account
- Subaffiliate logs in to Routy and adds a new affiliate account under βMaster Affiliate Networkβ.
- Subaffiliate adds Routy links
The Master provides the Routy links to the subaffiliate (Routy format)
The Subaffiliate adds the links to the new "Master Affiliate Network" account
- Subaffiliate generates tracking links
- Subaffiliate generates their Routy links for their own traffic sources as usual and can append custom parameters if needed (e.g., for campaigns or pages).

π Managing the Integration
Subaffiliate View
Conversions sent by the Master will appear under the βMaster Affiliate Networkβ account.
Data is fully integrated into their existing dashboards (Traffic, Player, Brand, Page, etc.).
Master View
- In the traffic source settings, the Master can:
Manage webhooks (on/off, edit, delete).
- View a full log of conversions sent.
