Routy

July 2026

1 new feature, 2 new integrations, 15 improvements, 15 fixes and 3 connector fixes.

New1

  • NewBilling

You can cancel your subscription yourself.

Cancelling a card subscription keeps your plan running until the end of the period you've already paid for, then moves you to the free plan; a plan set up by your account manager ends straight away. Your data is kept either way, and you can add a note saying why. See the guide.

New integrations2

  • IntegrationAccount integrations

    More integrations.

RealAffi, Egass, AffJet, plus a rebuilt Affix integration on its new API and Quint V3 for the migrated hosts.

  • IntegrationChannels

AppsFlyer appears in the channel catalogue as coming soon.

Once it opens, connecting it brings your mobile installs, in-app activity and spend into Routy per campaign per day, with a per-country breakdown — and each campaign keeps the network the install was actually attributed to, even for networks Routy has no integration with. Where AppsFlyer has no spend data for a network, the cost column is left empty rather than zero, because "we weren't told" and "it was free" are different answers.

Improved15

  • ImprovedReporting

    Faster reports.

Clicks, page views and conversions reports can now run on ClickHouse, and operational and network reports followed. This is rolled out per report and per affiliate, so it's switched on gradually.

  • ImprovedReporting

    Device detail on click reports.

See device type, OS and browser on your clicks, detected from both the user agent and modern client hints.

  • ImprovedReporting

Sub-affiliate offer, partner and network on click reports.

When a click comes in through a publisher's sub-affiliate link, the clicks report now shows the network offer, the partner and the network it came from — and you can filter and sort by them, and search them by name. Most clicks don't come through a sub-affiliate, so these stay blank there.

  • ImprovedReporting

    Report parameters.

Reports built on parameterised views accept declared parameters, resolved on the server and scoped to your own data.

  • ImprovedCommissions

Extracted vs calculated commission, side by side.

Where a vendor reports a commission and Routy also calculates one, both appear as separate columns instead of one silently overwriting the other.

  • ImprovedTraffic sources

Every affiliate gets a default traffic source.

A protected catch-all source is provisioned automatically so a link never fails for want of one. It's editable but can't be deleted, and doesn't count against your quota.

  • ImprovedTraffic sources

Traffic source editing follows your role.

Restricted fields on a traffic source are edited by admins, and partner-linked sources keep their type.

  • ImprovedPartners & networks

Quota is checked at approval, not request.

A partner join request is accepted freely; the quota check happens when you approve, so you're never blocked from reviewing requests.

  • ImprovedPartners & networks

A partner's traffic source is created on approval rather than up front.

  • ImprovedBilling

Billing is managed by the Owner and Billing contact.

Both can be set when the affiliate is created.

  • ImprovedBilling

Long-standing subscriptions on our older billing setup now get a cancellation link instead of being told to contact support — cancelling hands you our payment provider's own page, where you can finish it yourself.

  • ImprovedAccount integrations

Required settings are declared and enforced.

An integration states which settings it needs, and at which level, so a misconfigured account fails clearly up front instead of returning empty reports.

  • ImprovedAccount integrations

Concurrency limits per program and software stop one busy vendor from being hammered by parallel runs; excess runs are deferred and retried rather than failed.

  • ImprovedCatalog

Brands can be created with verticals and an inline logo upload; the old `logoUrl` field is deprecated.

  • ImprovedHealth

`/api/health` is publicly available for uptime checks, with a detailed variant for operators.

Fixed15

  • FixedReporting

The conversions report returns the brand-link type by name, page-view browser detection was corrected, and column names with unusual underscores no longer break a report.

  • FixedPartners & networks

Joining your own network is rejected, and a public network-info endpoint backs the join page.

  • FixedCatalog

A program or software can't be deleted while accounts still reference it — you get a clear refusal instead of accounts that break afterwards.

  • FixedTracking

The tracking pixel is safe against being included twice on a page.

  • FixedTracking

Test redirects are no longer recorded as real clicks.

  • FixedTracking

An unknown visitor time zone is no longer recorded as UTC local time.

  • FixedTracking

Postback anomalies are no longer lost when they fail to record, and URL-safe short IDs are recognised as dynamic variables.

  • FixedFixes

    Support requests submit again.

Requesting a new affiliate program failed with a validation error when you left the description empty, even though the form doesn't ask for one — the form's own description is used instead. The details you do fill in (program name, login and website URLs, brand) now reach the support ticket rather than being dropped on the way.

  • FixedFixes

Reports grouped by a date column work again.

A report that grouped by a date dimension — a month or day column — failed outright on the ClickHouse engine instead of returning rows.

  • FixedFixes

A new commission plan is active by default.

A plan could be saved in a state that looked fine on screen but never priced anything, so first-time deposits arriving on it earned no CPA until someone noticed and re-saved the plan. New plans start active, and a status the platform doesn't recognise is refused outright instead of being stored. A plan that is suspended, deleted, or a flat fee also no longer pays a CPA just because it's attached to a brand link — the usual plan rules apply, as they always did everywhere else.

  • FixedFixes

Exchange rates now come from a key-less provider by default, so rate lookups don't fail when a key expires.

  • FixedFixes

Collaborators no longer count against your seat allowance, and affiliates with no explicit allowance get one seat.

  • FixedFixes

    Quota usage updates again.

Background quota recalculation was failing for every affiliate, so the usage figures on your plan — clicks, conversions, accounts and the rest — could be stale and limits were checked against out-of-date numbers. An affiliate without an active plan no longer stops the calculation for everyone else.

  • FixedFixes

Brand-link creation is limited by the brand-links quota rather than the custom-domains one.

  • FixedFixes

Several performance fixes: conversion attribution, click saving, integration report queries, and quota counting are all measurably cheaper.

Maintenance

Connector reliability: 3 fixes across account integrations and connected channels.
